I am Naima Mire, Founder of The Gentle Path Yoga, A Register Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Coach, Mediation Teacher, Life Coach, Podcaster, Poet and Storyteller.
Born in Mogadishu, Somalia and now rooted in Canada, my work is deeply shaped by both my healing journey and the beauty of Somali Culture, where storytelling, resilience, community and care have always held deep meaning.
My work grew from my own experience navigating healthcare, motherhood, burnout, injury, and life transitions. Through yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and stillness, I discovered the power of slowing down and returning to myself.
