At the Gentle Path Yoga, the 1:1 Joyous Somatic Session is a personalized experience designed to help you explore the connection between your mind, body, emotions and everyday life.
Through gentle somatic movement, meditation, reflective journaling, meaningful conversation and supportive life coaching, we create a welcoming space where you can reconnect with yourself and discover what joy means to you.

ROOTED — Returning to Your Inner Ruux

ROOTED retreat is officially open.
Ruux is a Somali word for spirit, soul, your inner essence, and ROOTED is six days built to help you find your way back to it.
Set at Moringa Sagrada on the Ecuadorian coast,
ROOTED follows the Joyous 5Rs
Method: Rest, Reflect, Release, Reconnect, and Rise.
Each day carries its own experience, arrival and grounding, a garden session and mud bath, a full day cooking together, an excursion to the coast, and a closing beach bonfire where you'll read back the intention you set on Day 1 and see how far you've come.
This isn't a rigid itinerary, it's presence, real food made by hand, one included Bowen/Emotional-clearing session, and a group small enough to actually be seen.
The retreat program fee is $2,800, with accommodation (single casita 100 dollar upgrade) booked separately. Spots are limited to keep this experience intimate.
Please note: valid travel and medical insurance, including emergency medical evacuation coverage, is required for all participants for the full duration of the trip. This is a condition of attending, not optional.
